Meet the team behind the buzz

We’re a close-knit group of PR specialists, strategists, and creative thinkers who genuinely care about the brands we work with.

Based in London and working across the UK, we partner with local and international brands to deliver award-winning campaigns with a fresh twist.

Riannon founded Lem-uhn upon realising the PR industry needed a fresh twist.

After experiencing burnout while working at some of the UK’s leading agencies during the pandemic, she saw how often people and purpose were treated as an afterthought. She wanted to build the kind of agency she wished existed. So, in 2021, Lem-uhn was born.

Today, Riannon leads the award-winning, B Corp certified agency, helping purposeful brands grow through blended PR, digital PR, influencer marketing, and social media. She’s particularly passionate about turning ambitious startups into household names and creating campaigns that build visibility, credibility, and long-term momentum.

Her work and entrepreneurial journey have been recognised by Women in Marketing, Corporate Vision, SeedLegals, and TechRound, and she regularly shares insights in titles including the BBC, Stylist, HuffPost, PRWeek, and the Daily Mirror. She’s also a LinkedIn Top Voice, where she’s known for her refreshingly honest takes on PR, business, and building a happier workplace.

When she’s not securing headlines or zesting up client strategies, you can find her chasing an endorphin hit at the gym, taking a CrossFit class, or planning her next work-from-anywhere adventure.

Founder & Managing Director

Becky brings six years of digital PR experience to Lem-uhn, with a knack for creating campaigns that are as strategic as they are scroll-stopping.

She’s worked with global brands across a wide range of industries, leading creative, proactive, and reactive campaigns that build visibility and drive results. Sustainability has been a recurring theme throughout her career, from supporting Stone Refurb, a recycled technology company, to helping Kia shine a spotlight on its electric vehicle ambitions and journey toward carbon neutrality.

Outside of work, Becky is deeply committed to fundraising for cardiac causes in memory of her brother, who passed away in 2022. Joining Lem-uhn gave her the flexibility to continue that work while being part of a team that genuinely puts people first. When she’s not building backlinks or landing digital PR wins, you’ll find Becky with her furry sidekick, Bailey, keeping up with Formula One, or organising her next fundraising challenge.

Junior Account Director

Kiera is our influencer marketing specialist and resident matchmaker, with a talent for pairing brands with perfect-fit creators.

Passionate about building relationships, Kiera knows that the best creator collaborations happen when there’s real alignment between the brand, the audience, and the person telling the story. She brings extensive experience managing international influencer campaigns for leading creators and celebrity talent, combining strategic thinking with creative flair to deliver partnerships that feel natural and genuinely worth the squeeze.

Before joining Lem-uhn, Kiera was already blending creativity with sustainability, running a business creating bespoke jewellery from sea glass. It’s a pretty perfect reflection of what she loves most: making beautiful things with purpose.

When she’s not scouting talent or coordinating creator campaigns, you’ll usually find Kiera chasing the sunshine, exploring somewhere new, or recharging by the sea.

Calvin is a PR specialist with experience delivering creative campaigns across technology, audio, food, and beyond.

Working across both B2C and B2B communications, he’s supported fast-paced press offices for a wide range of brands. In the process, he developed a sharp instinct for spotting newsworthy angles and turning expert insight into standout stories. Before Lem-uhn, Calvin worked on brands including Marshall and PLAUD.AI, where he built strong relationships with journalists across national, technology, and luxury lifestyle titles.

Calvin has a knack for finding trend-led hooks that help brands cut through the noise and earn coverage. Whether he’s crafting a reactive comment or developing a bigger campaign idea, he brings strategy, creativity, and a keen eye for what will land. Lem-uhn’s people-first culture and emphasis on balance and long-term relationships made it an easy fit for Calvin, who believes the best work happens when teams feel supported and enjoy what they do.

Outside of work, you can find him at the gym, heading to gigs with his fiancée, or in the arcade reliving his glory days.

Mollie joined Lem-uhn as a PR Assistant after graduating in Sociology from the University of Leeds and spending a year travelling the world. Her adventures included walking the length of northern Spain on the Camino de Santiago and spending three months exploring Sri Lanka, soaking up its rich culture, landscapes, and endless inspiration along the way.

Passionate about equality and social change, Mollie was drawn to Lem-uhn’s conscious approach to PR and our commitment to working with purpose-driven brands that put people and the planet first. She brings a curious mind, thoughtful perspective, and plenty of fresh ideas to the team as she begins her PR career.

Now based in the Scottish Highlands, Mollie is happiest outdoors swimming, surfing, climbing, or heading off on a long walk with a good podcast. That said, she’s equally content curled up with a cup of tea and a homemade sweet treat.

Seb is an experienced mood-lifter and the undisputed leader of good vibes at Lem-uhn. His core responsibilities include quality control on office snacks, making surprise appearances on video calls, and chasing leads (usually squirrels). A strong advocate for work-life balance, Seb takes regular screen breaks, prioritises fresh air, and firmly believes that productivity improves significantly after a snack.

Bailey oversees Lem-uhn’s branch operations, with a particular focus on sticks, trees, and anything mildly suspicious outside the window. He’s responsible for maintaining high standards across all outdoor activity, including perimeter checks, squirrel surveillance, and ensuring every walk is fully optimised for sniffing opportunities. A natural born leader, Bailey believes the best ideas often emerge while touching grass.

A happy culture looks
good on us

Menstrual leave

We don’t do performative policies. Sometimes people need rest, flexibility, and support and we believe work should make space for that.

Work from anywhere

Inspiration can hit harder from a coffee shop, a beach, or your sofa in comfy clothes. We trust our team to work where they work best.

Wellness days

People shouldn’t have to wait until they’re burnt out to take a break. Our team gets two extra wellness days each year, which can be taken for whatever helps them feel good.

Flexible Fridays

We give our team greater control over their schedules, while ensuring our always-on press office remains proactive and responsive throughout the entire week.
